Who We Are
Will & Catherine
We are Will & Catherine Estes, and we were married in January 2019. Although we’re both from North Carolina, we currently live and work in metro Atlanta.
Will makes simple software that shepherds applications from code to production. As a DevOps Engineer, he creates back-end systems programs that fill in missing gaps, whether by providing services to applications or by retooling them to move them through the pipeline faster. His processes result in reliable, reproducable, easy-to-maintain artifacts that lead to less downtime, more productive team members and happy end users.
Catherine has a proven track record of year-over-year increases in employee benefits participation. By combining strong technical and analytical skills with a “hands on” approach that’s oriented toward empowering employees via communication and education, she increases her clients’ employee loyalty and satisfaction.
What We’re Doing
By profession, Will is a DevOps Engineer and Catherine is an Employee Benefits Specialist.
But our jointly owned business is about more than us working as consultants; it is a partnership, and it was created with some specific goals in mind. Ultimately, we hope to create a living and learning community for people who wish to live intentionally and authentically, but that goal has just barely started the planning stage so we’re not ready to discuss details yet. There is a time frame, though, so it is a goal and not a dream.
